Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fernie, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves the construction of the following mandatory items: 1. Exterior and interior repairs to an existing reinforced concrete potable water reservoir and attached valve chamber, including installation of exterior membrane, rigid insulation, and cladding. 2. Facilitation of confined space entry for the interior review of two (2) reservoir cells. The scope of the required interior cell repairs will be determined by the Engineer following the interior cell review. The work involves the construction of the following provisional items: 1. Installation of a flush valve in the control building. 2. Installation of two (2) unit heaters and HVAC upgrades in the valve chamber. 3. Electrical upgrades. Contract Documents will be available on the Fernie.ca, MERX, and BC Bid.
