Sealed bids for the removal of Pump Station No. 2 and installation of a new extension of the sanitary sewer system Questions Due Date: Sep 16th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manchester Township Municipal Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is sixty (60) calendar days. Manchester Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
