The Amador County Department of Transportation and Public Works (County) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call professional services for traffic engineering. This includes but not limited to: Performing traffic counts at various locations within Amador County Support for traffic signal and lighting Equipment diagnostic evaluations Engineering and Traffic Surveys Environmental Impact & CEQA Checklist recommendations for evaluating traffic impacts based on new laws, regulations, and rules Traffic Impact Fee Nexus Study The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to contract with three (3) qualified consultants (Consultant) to provide professional and technical services related to traffic engineering as requested by the County. All work pursuant to this RFQ will be performed by the Consultant on an as-needed basis. For the duration of this on-call contract, the Consultant may be requested to provide services to support the development and implementation of County programs and/or projects. Each on-call master contract awarded to a selected Consultant under this solicitation will be for a three (3) year period (defined as three fiscal years 2023/2024, 2024/2025, and 2025/2026, a fiscal year defined as July 1 to June 30).
