Prospective Bidders unclear as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents may submit a written request for interpretation through the e-Procurement Portal via the Q&A tab until the deadline of Tuesday, August 22, 2023 before 5:00 pm. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this project. The City of Clearlake, (City) invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for 2023 Gravel Road Chip Seal. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project 2023 Double Chip Seal Project The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to the City for any damages arising as a result of the Contractors failure to comply with this obligation.
