Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), is seeking tenders for the replacement of two existing boiler systems and three humidifier systems that service the Morden Research and Development Centre.The scope of work for this requirement includes plumbing, mechanical, electrical, controls and other work throughout, as detailed in the attached specs and drawings. There is an existing Johnson DDC system presently installed in the building. All materials must be selected to ensure compatibility with the existing controls system. Construction will be performed during full operation of the facilities, as a result project phasing must be planned to ensure that disruption to the daily operation of the facilities is kept to a minimum.
