Renovation of a municipal facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems fit out of an existing office space to serve as a new PennDOT Driver's License Center located in Reading. The deadline for questions is August 21, 2023 at 5:00 PM. The project shall be completed within the timeframe identified above. If the Contractor should fail to substantially complete the Project within the stipulated timeframe, the Contractor shall pay to the Purchaser liquidated damages of $500.00 for every consecutive working day thereafter until and including the day when the Project is substantially complete. All proposals must be made on the official Proposal Form. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to reject all non-conforming, non-responsive or condi- tional proposals at the Purchaser's sole discretion.
