Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Porter, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of demolition of existing driveway approaches and concrete sidewalk, placement of new approaches, ADA sidewalk connectively to the Community Building, new parking lot, grading, restoration and other appurtenant work at Hawthorne Park. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana.
