Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Facilities Management and Aging and Adult Services invites your company to bid on project Mountain View Golf Course Irrigation Renovation located at 2400 Gardner Ln, West Jordan Utah. The Contractor will have 200 calendar days to complete the project License Requirements All Bidders Shall Be Properly Licensed by the Utah State Department of Commerce, Occupational and Professional License Division, to Do the Type Penal sum of the bond shall be 5% of the amount bid for the work of the Project. The penal sum of such payment bond shall be 100% of the Contract Price. The penal sum of the performance bond shall be 100% of the Contract Price Salt Lake County reserves the right to stop the selection process at any time if it is considered to be in the best interest of the County. Salt Lake County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
