Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Manito, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Midwest Central CUSD No. 191 is inviting sealed Bid Proposals from interested and qualified parties for three bid packages for three separate projects, located at 1010 S. Washington St. These projects consist of a new bus shelter at the Midwest Central CUSD No. 191 High/District Office Campus. Alternate bids will be accepted for parties to bundle bid packages. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be with-drawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The Owner requires all contractors and vendors doing business with the Owner not to discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, age, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ancestry, non-job-related handicaps or national origin. Neal, AIA, NCARB; Email: aneal@f-w.com; Telephone: 309.663.8436 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Midwest Central CUSD No. 191 reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any and all informalities in the bidding. After receipt of bids and completion of the review process, Midwest Central CUSD No. 191 may award a contract to the bidder that, in its opinion, will provide a combination of the best services and reasonable cost. Successful bidders shall be required to observe the fair employment practices commission rules pertaining to equal employment opportunity, and comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.., and use wage determination as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, Conciliation, and Mediation Division dated current to the bid date. These wages will remain in effect until superseded by a new determination.
