The project includes, but is not limited to, stabilizing an existing beam and masonry wall in the basement of the existing Masonic Temple. Jet grouting soil stabilization below the basement floor of the Masonic Temple, installation of interior drain tile, weeps, and sump pit, removal of a portion of the existing Hollow Sidewalk, and installation of waterproofing on the south basement wall of the Masonic Temple.
