Contractor builds approximately 840sf block L-shaped retaining wall. (+/-9' x +/-93') Retaining is constructed to withstand heavy construction traffic on the road surface above. Contractor backfills up to 4 inches below existing roadway centerline elevation. County shapes and repaves roadway. Option Two County removes existing road and wall.
