Project will rebid on October 12,2023.** The proposed work consists of replacing approximately 1124 LF of defunct 8" clay tile with new 12' PVC drainage tile, connections, components including relocating 8 Catch Basins to the gutter line, road repairs, pavement planning and 1300 LF of combination curb and sidewalk in the Village of Glandorf. 5. Bids will only be accepted from the Bidders listed on the Engineer's Official plan holders list. Bids must be submitted on the unbound Bid Forms furnished with the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied bya Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or a Bid Security furnished in Bond Form, issued by a SuretyCompany or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. 7. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all people interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of comparable size and complexity. The Village of Glandorf reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
