Sweetwater County, Wyoming is requesting technical and price proposals from consulting engineering firms related to the pavement solutions of two sections of energy-related roads within the County. Those roads are 9 Mile Road (CR15) and Wamsutter Crooks Gap North (CR 23N). The selected consultant shall include all geotechnical investigations (recommendations on subgrade modifications and pavement sections to be included), topographic surveys, drainage investigation/design, fencing, widening, necessary traffic control solutions during construction, and roadway design in their proposal. The selected consultant shall provide full Plan and Profile design plans that include appropriate and long-term solutions for all aspects of the roadways
