The supply and delivery of the following chemicals for use at the Water Treatment Plant: CHLORINE GAS, LIQUID FERRIC SULFATE, and DRY POLYMER. Bonds and checks for each chemical bid will be held until the bids are awarded and contracts executed, after which bid bonds and checks will be returned to all bidders. No bids may be withdrawn until 30-days after the bid opening. All bids must be prepared in accordance with JPWB specifications. Wyoming State Statutes provide for a 5.0% preference to Wyoming vendors. Wyoming vendors must submit proof of statute compliance with the bid(s). Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities associated with the bids, so long as doing so is in the best public interests.
