The Board will accept the bid that in their opinion is the best bid. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff. Remove all the tile roofing, felt underlayment and wood battens from the designated roof area Install self-adhering Ice and Water Shield waterproof membrane over the entire area. Install a Boral elevated batten system over the entire roof area. Reinstall the tile roof system Remove all the construction debris from the site and dispose of the rubbish properly Provide a 5-year watertight warranty Contractor is required to make site visit and establish their own material take off - contact Doug Hamel Replace broken tiles with District supplied tiles The District is doing this work on all tile sections west of the gym and auditorium
