Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This Design-Bid-Build Navy Task Order consists of preparing the interior of an existing storage space to receive a new office cubical system. This includes new flooring, walls and ceiling tiles. The existing walls that remain after demolition are to be patched, repaired and repainted. Two new bathrooms and a kitchen are also to be added as well as a conference room and office. New mechanical systems to condition the air are to be installed. The project is Prevailing Wage. Project duration is 330 days. Trades required: Temporary Construction Office & Storage Trailers, Portable Restrooms, Waste Management, Temporary Fencing, Final Cleaning, Demolition, Asbestos Testing & Abatement, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Insulation, Fluid Applied Membrane, Firestopping, Steel Fire Doors/Frames, Aluminum Frame/FRP Doors, Door Hardware, Gypsum Board, Metal Stud Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring (Carpet Tiles & VCT), Painting, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguishers, Plumbing, HVAC, Testing/Adjusting & Balancing, Electrical, Low Voltage Cabling, Fire Alarm & Fire Alarm Testing.
