Renovation of a residential development in Arlington, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The City of Galax is preparing to carry out the Eastview Housing Rehabilitation Project Phase II through the use in whole or in part of Community Development Block Grant Funds. Activities for the project include Rehabilitation, Weatherization, plumbing, electrical, heating, appliances, carpentry, decking, siding, etc. The City of Galax is soliciting the participation of Female and Minority-owned businesses in carrying out this project. Such business concerns may be included on appropriate bid and procurement lists by submitting a written request within ten (10) days of this notice. Requests should state the name, address, product or service, and how the firm qualifies as a minority or female-owned business.
