Each bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security that shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, and a Statement of Bidder's Qualification. The successful Bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders shall not alter this form in anyway. All Bidders must be registered on the A+E Group's Bidders List. A Bidder must obtain Procurement and Contracting Documents from A+E Group or instruct A+E Group in writing to register the Bidder on the Bidders List. Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and the Wage Rate Requirements as set forth in the Non-Technical Specifications.
