The Town of Londonderry, Vermont is seeking proposals from qualified engineers or firms for professional services related to repair of flood-damaged Town highways and possibly other Town properties. Services will initially include assessments and development of scopes of work for individual flood-related road repair projects, followed by project permitting as necessary, assistance with contractor procurement, and limited construction phase support. The desired consultant services are required from August 28, 2023 through approximately November 15, 2023. Qualified firms interested in being considered must submit a letter of interest to include a statement of qualifications and experience of staff who will be involved with the project, related prior experience, references, and a service rate sheet. The Town is not seeking detailed scope of services or specific cost proposals from consultants at this time The Town will evaluate the proposals and may choose to conduct remote or in-person interviews. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. All questions pertaining to the RFP should be submitted to the Town Administrator by email by at townadmin@londonderryvt.org. The Town seeks bids from small and minority businesses and women's business enterprises.
