The Project includes the following Work: Pavement resurfacing three Class 3 Highways in Winooski, Vermont: 1) Hall Street between St. Peter Street and North Street, 2) Shepard Street between Hall Street and Pine Street, and 3) Audet Street between Hall Street and Pine Street. The Work includes cold planning an estimated 7,200 square yards of bituminous concrete pavement, resurfacing with an estimated 750 tons of bituminous concrete wearing course, and traffic control during construction. Prospective Bidders shall contact the Engineer, Ryan Lambert, via email (rlambert@winooskivt.gov), with inquiries and requests for Bidding Documents, prior to the Inquiry Deadline of Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 1:00 pm local time The Project has a Substantial Completion deadline of Friday, November 17, 2023, and a Final Completion deadline of Tuesday, November 21, 2023. No pre-bid conference is scheduled at this time. Prospective Bidders may contact the Engineer prior to the Inquiry Deadline with any questions about the Project. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Prospective Bidders shall note that Performance and Payment bonds are required under the contract.
