Services will include mowing of lawns and greenspaces and other associated tasks (including but not limited to clearing leaves, sticks, fallen branches, trash and debris) at several City properties in accordance with the specifications outlined in Section 9 herein. The work shall be completed weekly (unless otherwise noted herein) to maintain grass lengths through the summer and autumn seasons. City property locations are indicated in plan in Attachment B. Contractor shall provide services for the following City properties The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The City further reserves the right to award the contract to that Proposer whose proposal best complies with the bid requirements. Proposers may not withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) days from the date set for the opening thereof. Work to be performed under this project includes mowing and landscaping of several parks and grounds within the City of Winooski on a weekly repeating schedule. The contract is for the seasonal mowing and landscaping in 2022 and shall expire no later than December 1, 2022 unless otherwise negotiated. The City of Winooski is requesting responses to enter into a contract with general contractor(s) to provide mowing and landscaping services for the City of Winooski.
