The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The City further reserves the right to award the contract to that Proposer whose proposal best complies with the bid requirements. Proposers may not withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) days from the date set for the opening thereof. Work to be performed under this project includes providing trash/recycling containers for each city facility and weekly pick-up services. The contract timeframe will be for three years. Services will include; providing trash/recycling containers and weekly pick-up services for several City properties in accordance with the specifications outlined in Section 9 herein. Contractor shall provide services for the following City properties Two bathrooms; clean toilets/sinks, replenish toiletries and soaps, empty trash/paper towel disposals and wash floors. Wipe down stall walls. Vacuum all carpeting Mop/wash tile/vinyl floors Empty waste baskets/recycling dispose in parking lot dumpster Dust common areas (lobby and Council Chambers) Clean entranceway glass doors and windows 1x per week Clean elevators, including wiping down walls and washing floors. Sweeping of stairwells (all seven levels). ** Hose stairwells down AFTER sweeping during the summer months (May-Sept.). Empty trash cans by level 3 & 4 exits. (All trash to be transported and disposed of at the Public Works Garage dumpster). Wash windows on level 7 monthly during Spring, Summer and Fall.
