Per Addenda 2- This Addendum extends the due date for questions to August 14, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., and extends the due date for submission of bids to August 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Winooski Main Street Revitalization Project CWSRF RF1-212-3.0 DWSRF RF3-443-3.0 The Project includes the following Work: Full depth pavement reconstruction of Main Street between the Winooski/Colchester Town line and the bridge over the New England Central Railroad (length approximately 4,000 linear feet), replacement of sidewalks, drainage facilities, water and sewer lines, relocation of overhead utilities to underground conduits, traffic signals, landscaping and lighting. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will fall within VTrans Category G and be between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 900 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
