Reference Number 0000262047 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/23 05:30:00 PM EST Road Maintenance for a Five Year Term Summary of municipal requirements: 1.Summer and Winter Road Maintenance of approximately 760 KM of roads in Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and regular grading of all hamlets. 2.Proposal must be based on a minimum of 2 motor graders rated at a net horsepower of 185 or greater; equipped with a minimum of 4.9 meter moldboard. It shall be equipped with a rotating beacon and alternating amber flashers as per the Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation 'Motor Grader Lighting Standard'. 3.Contractor must be registered with and be in good standing with the Worker's Compensation Board and provide proof of Liability Insurance - minimum of Two Million Dollars coverage. 4.Replacement machines must be available within 24 hours of a breakdown. 5.Contractors to be COR or SECOR certified, if applicable or supply workplace safety and health plan. The work shall consist of grading/dragging various Main Market and 50/50 Roads in the RM of Grahamdale for the period of April 14, 2024 to April 13, 2029.
