The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Edmonton, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The custom home project will consist of the following: Demolition of deck, ramp, north stair and south stair; Demolition of west length of the south fence up to the existing gate; Removal of tree and roots in the southwest corner of the yard and removal of trees, roots and shrubs behind the west length of the south fence; Relocation of existing shed, shed electrical and air conditioning unit; Demolition of exterior and interior finishes on the existing south wall of modular home; Demolition of flooring throughout modular home; Demolition of interior finishes and some partition walls in the existing ensuite; Demolition of interior finishes in south bedroom and demolition of some interior finishes in the south hallway; New grading where new deck, new addition and relocated shed to be located; New concrete pads near driveway and new west length of south fence up to existing gate; New deck, north stair and south stair; New addition extending from the south end of the modular home; New flooring throughout the modular home; New partition walls for the south hall, pantry, closets, ensuite and bedroom; New ensuite with water closet, lavatory, millwork, accessible shower, closet and interior finishes; New mechanical and electrical - ducting, plumbing, lines and electrical lines. The worksite is located in Edmonton, Alberta.
