Renovation of a military facility in Groton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 300-square-foot military facility.

This requirement is limited solely to the 6 contractors under MACC ML-C00073, listed on page 1 of attachment (A) MACC RFP. NO OTHER OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The scope of this project includes the replacement of 300 sq. ft. of roofing, fully cleaning the existing EDPM roof, re-adhere any seams and overlaps prior to installing new fluid applied membrane. Thermal scans to be conducted as well to identify any wet areas. If wet areas are found, cut out the area and replace insulation and single ply EDPM membrane with new, matching existing height and thickness. Remove all existing walk pads and prep areas for new fluid applied membrane. New fluid applied membrane will be installed over all existing EDPM single ply membrane surfaces, vertical and horizontal and incidental related work Performance is to take place on at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: $500,000 to $1,000,000. Time for Completion: All work shall be completed within 365 calendar days after contract award. The proposed price shall be held at least 90 days.
