This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Description of Requirement (including a list of any attachments) This project is for the delivery of a complete Facility Master Plan for the Lassen National Forest in accordance with U.S. Forest Service Manual requirements. This plan will guide Forest Service leadership in the management of facilities infrastructure over the next ten (10) years.
