The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the Remodeling of the Space at the Former PCC in the Houghton Village Shopping Center project. ESTIMATE: $1,000,000 to $1,145,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Kirkland requires that no person shall, on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
