Renovation of a water / sewer project in Forest City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work shall consist of the demolition of an existing 2-section MCC and replacement with one (1) new MCC section, one (1) new power distribution panel and two (2) combination motor starters, including conductors, conduit, wireways and accessories, as well as provisions for temporary power, as required. Bid documents may be reviewed at the office of the Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified bank treasurers check, certified cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after opening unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, in which case the bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
