Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a 2,282-square-foot educational facility.

All bids equal to or greater than $5,000 must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in Missouri as the Surety; or a company check in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. This Work Package requires the Contractor to complete the following: District (KSD) Meeting Room Renovation Project at NKMS: Renovations to an existing room at North Kirkwood Middle School to create a new Meeting Room to be used for miscellaneous functions (BOE meetings, District training and conferences, educational learning, rentals, etc.). Renovation work includes selective demolition, the buildout of a new restroom, installation of a new kitchenette, flooring replacement, painting, and installation of Audio Visual & IT equipment. The Owner reserves the right to conduct additional pre-bid meetings, if necessary, to fulfill the bidding requirements of the Board of Education and State of Missouri for competitive bidding. In addition, the Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for the openings of bids, to reject any and all Bids and waive any formalities or irregularities.
