Renovation of a municipal facility in Ridgway, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,400-square-foot municipal facility.
The project includes replacement of existing slate shingles along the Courthouse roof, clock and bell tower and all vertical mansards around the Courthouse with new natural slate shingles Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Bid shall accompany the Bid and be made payable to the Elk County Board of Commissioners. Bidders must submit the non-collusion affidavit contained in the Bid documents. Pennsylvania prevailing wages will apply; applicable rates have been included with the Bid documents and shall be reflected in the final Bid. The County of Elk reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. Bids may be held by the County for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
