Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sheridan Lake, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Lamar Housing Authority is accepting bids for the roof repair of our rental units in Sheridan Lake, CO due to hail and wind damage. These structures are duplex, residential, stand-alone dwellings. Locations for these units include: Sheridan Lake - 625, 627, 629, 631 Burnette Street plus laundry room 513 & 514 Bee Avenue Storage Shed All building specs and information packets may be picked up at Lamar Housing Authority, 804 S. Main Street, Lamar, CO 81052. All persons submitting bids must have Workman's Compensation Insurance as well as Liability Insurance coverage and proof of such coverage must be included with the bids. All bids received without proof of current Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance will be rejected. The bid must separate the cost of total labor and cost of total materials. We would like the bid to be for similar style shingles and another bid for using Malarky Legacy Class 4 shingle. All bid documents must be delivered to Lamar Housing Authority, Attn: Sondra Angel
