Blakely Borough Virginia Ave. & Bodnick St. Storm water Project: Base Bid; The proposed project will consist of the replacement and installation of approximately 225 L.F 15 SLHDPE; 30 L.F. 12 SDR-35; 5 storm water inlets and 1 storm water manhole The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Blakely Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Blakely Borough. All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex Document notes: Copies of the Contract Documents may only be obtained at Steam town Blueprint, located at 308 Penn Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each set.
