Renovation of a water / sewer project in Moscow, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Telephone inquiries regarding the availability of documents of bidding may be made to the Engineer's office at (570) 237-5254. Only Bidders receiving a full set of Documents through the Engineer will be on record to receive Addenda. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Moscow Sewer Authority. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Moscow Sewer Authority. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, Paragraph 14 - BID SUBMISSION. Moscow Sewer Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to refuse any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in Bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder
