PROJECT NUMBER: DBEH 22-1510 Strategic Weapons System Ashore (SWSA) Test Facility Building 51902, is located on Safety Road in Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS). The southwest exterior corner, used for the operation of forklifts, is not completely paved; currently the area is grass and gravel and the two driveways do not connect. Exposure to the elements of wind and constant rain, make the conditions of these surfaces to be subject to degradation. In addition, the frequent operations of forklifts increase the degradation of these areas. The project scope is to pave this area with concrete with the intent of providing a safe, sound and environmentally protected area for the use of forklifts. Subject project calls for a proposal to provide design services, and all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to provide new concrete placement for doorway ramps and landings, and surfaces at Facility 51902 with the intent of providing a safe, sound and environmentally protected area for the use of forklifts. As part of the design services, the Contractor shall be responsible for the development of the 35% design documents into a full, 100% final design (for construction drawings and specifications) in order to provide the government a complete and usable facility in accordance with the project drawings and specific on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL.
