Reference Number 0000328223 Phase 3 Outfall Maintenance, which includes: inspection and maintenance of the Town of Hull Water Pollution Control Facility ocean outfall pipe diffuser section and restoration of full functionality to the outfall, a post-maintenance bathymetric survey, and a post-maintenance internal inspection of the full length of the outfall. The Work includes extending diffusers to the surface of the seafloor and removing material accumulated in the 24-inch HDPE outfall pipeline and up to 36 diffuser riser pipes; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work.
