Location and Description. The Project is located at 171 W Edmundson Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA 95037, and the Projects Scope of Work is described as follows, but not limited to: the installation of four regulation outdoor pickleball courts; application of court surfacing and striping treatments; installation of court posts, nets, windscreens, gates, and perimeter fencing; site clearing and grubbing; site earthwork and grading; asphalt concrete paving; installation of surface drainage facilities; installation of post-stormwater control biotreatment measures; and all other work related to the above items and as shown on the Plans and as detailed in these Specifications. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount, in the form of a cashiers or certified check The Project must be fully completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about October 23, 2023, Estimated Cost. The estimated construction cost is $325,000.
