Paulding County School District is seeking a bid from licensed, qualified companies to furnish and install certified playground mulch, in accordance with the plans and specifications outlined in this IFB, at our 19 elementary schools. Questions Due Date: Aug 25th 2023, 11:00 AM EDT Paulding County School District (hereinafter, PCSD) is requesting vendors (Contractors) to submit a bid for Certified Playground Mulch. In using this method for solicitation, PCSD is seeking the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications and requirements. Meaning, the bidder who submits the lowest price, whose bid meets the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in the IFB, and who is clearly capable of delivering the products or services specified. Periodically, the lowest responsible bidder will not always be the bidder who has submitted the lowest monetary bid. To be eligible for consideration, bid response shall be presented in accordance with the instructions of this solicitation and within the timeframe specified. It shall be the responsibility of the selected Bidder to meet all specifications and guidelines set forth herein. Award of bids will be made in the best interest of PCSD. No damages shall be recoverable by any challenger as a result of these determinations or decisions by PCSD. No pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for this solicitation.
