As of November 21, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bids must be properly and completely executed on the proposal forms furnished with the contract documents All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, a statement of ownership, an affirmative action questionnaire, a site inspection affidavit and a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 for affirmative action programs. No proposal may be modified, withdrawn or canceled by the bidder for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make such awards as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Bernardsville. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid.
