Site work and new construction of a day care center in Rosebud, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 104,570-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center.

The work shall include everything in this Division of the Specifications and everything indicated on the Drawings that is complementary to this Division of the Specifications. Refer to the Index of Drawings to determine what Drawings apply directly to this work. RST Child Care Services Program seeks a General Contractor to construct two (2) Child Care Facilities at approximately 9,555 square feet each. Plans and specifications are available by contacting the RST Child Care Program. INDIAN PREFERENCE Pursuant to (24 CFR 1000.48-1000.54 Indian Preference), responsive proposals will be accepted from Indian as well as non-Indian owned Independent Public Accountants firms. Indian owned firms wishing to qualify for Indian Preference must submit a pre-qualification application with their proposal. All non-Indian firms must also submit a pre-qualification application. All pre-qualification applications must be received at the RST Child Care Services Program with your proposal. All proposals submitted must state that it will remain open for a period of sixty (60) days. Proposals are required to contain the following: 1. Name and address of the entity submitting the proposal and identification of key personnel who will perform the work. 2. Name of each partner and associates if the personnel are a firm and licenses, certifications, and relevant degrees of all professionals. 3. A description of any associates with other firms or any firms of subcontracts. 4. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of at least three references. 5. A summary of services currently being offered and a statement of experience. 6. A statement describing knowledge and experience in construction services. 7. A construction schedule must be provided. 8. Disclosure of any claims, lawsuits or disputes over work or services previously or currently being performed. 9. Proof of eligibility for Indian Preference (if preference is sought) 10. A statement detailing the firm or individuals employment and training opportunities, its plans for provide preference to Indians and the number of percentage of Indians to be employed or trained. 11. Note: All of the RFP documents as detailed in the above shall be submitted or the proposal shall be deemed non responsive. 12. The government pay request must be utilized. 13. The design and evaluation of a point system will be available upon request. TRIBAL TAXATION Those submitting a proposal must obtain a Tribal Business License prior to be awarded a contract, including and not limited to use or sale excise tax. TECRO The successful proposal will be responsible to comply with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe TECRO Ordinance, including any licensing requirements and fees. RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL OFFERS The Rosebud Sioux Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to waive any information or irregularities.
