The Scope of work includes the demolition of the McNair Aquatic Facility located inside McNair Park, 3100 Droste Road, St. Charles, MO 63301. This work shall include, but not be limited to, the demolition, removal, and possible off-site disposal of the pool shell, pool deck, buildings, structures, foundation walls, slabs, footings, pavement, pipes, equipment, amenities, materials, and all other items existing on site at the time of work. The City of St. Charles, Missouri, fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities. The City of St. Charles is an equal opportunity employer. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids in part or entirely or waive any variations which are considered in the best interest of the City.
