Renovation of a detention facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Project involves the replacement of (4) cooling towers and associated pumps, controls, and support equipment. The towers that are being replaced include (2) that serve the West side and (2) that serve the East side of the facility.
