Renovation of a municipal facility in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Minocqua is Seeking Bids for Six Replacement Insulated Overhead Garage Doors, Tracks, and Electronic Openers, to Be Installed At 7875 Gun Club Road. Please Label All Sealed Bids: Minocqua Overhead Doors All Questions Should Be Directed to Mark Pertile, Director of Public Works. Phone: 715-356-5296 Email: Publicworks@townofminocqua.org. The Town of Minocqua Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in Bids, and to Accept the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to the Town. 1 (24" x 12") Insulated Glass Window Centered on Each Garage Door, to match existing door placement 2 inch thick Steel Insulated Flush Panel Door with a minimum of R-15 Insulation. Track mounted, torsion springs, weather seals. Steel Door style and color to match existing insulated doors. Commercial Openers with radio remote and 6 openers (open, close, stop) Existing 15 amp 120v power outlet will be at each opener location. Photo Eye Safety System. Insatallation shall include all hardware, rails, weather proofing, etc. All other work and materials required to complete the project is considered incidental. Contractor may submit up to 50% partial payment upon material order. Contractor shall submit final pay request after work has been completed.
