Reference Number 0000328957 The Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDR) is soliciting Proposals from consultants to develop the Macomb County Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CTSAP). Proposals will be scored using a qualification-based selection process. This project will be under the direction of the MCDR Project Manager identified below. Only consultants currently listed as prequalified to perform Design - Traffic: Safety Studies services for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be considered. MCDR received a Safe Streets and Roads For All (SS4A) grant from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to develop the Macomb County CTSAP for $750,000 with an anticipated consultant budget of approximately $650,000. The proposal should include a work plan and qualifications. Submittals should include project experience for 3 similar projects and key personnel resumes, not more than 2 pages per resume. Within the work plan, describe the firm/team's strategy for development of the Macomb County CTSAP within the defined budget.
