Site work and paving for a civil project in Eden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of 1,340 l.f. of 8" diameter sewer with manholes, service laterals, and asphalt repair. The work also includes the demolition of two existing lift stations and all other associated work in accordance with the Contract Documents. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located along Power Mountain Road (SR 158) and Fairway Drive in the Wolf Creek area of Ogden Valley. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed by June 1, 2024. BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price as a guarantee that the awarded bidder will secure insurance, performance bond, and payment bond and promptly execute the Contract. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Direct all questions concerning this project to the Project Engineer. Powder Mountain Water & Sewer Improvement District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the District.
