Site work for a water / sewer project in Eden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes construction of one sewer lift station with a total capacity of 310 gpm, CMU building, valve vault, approx. 1,750 LF of 6" DR 11 HDPE forcemain, approx. 250 LF of 12-inch gravity sewer and associated manholes, and installation of approx. 2,000 LF of buried power conduit. The lift station is located at approximately 4185 N 4000 E, Eden, Utah 84310. The lift station construction will require deep excavation, dewatering, electrical, HVAC and site civil work. The generator and pump will be owner supplied and contractor installed. The Project has a major milestone for the completion of the following work by December 13th, 2024; lift station, valve vault, forcemain, CMU building and buried power conduit. It is anticipated that the entire Project will be Substantially Completed by January 31, 2026 and completed on or before February 28, 2026. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
