SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS: Approximately 1 mile of road on HWY 162 in Eden starting at 3418 N heading North West to 4100 N. We would also would like to mill and overlay 200 feet on 3500 E that extends beyond the curve at the address of 3558 N 3550 E. At the intersection of 4100 N and 3500 E we would like 200 feet milled and overlaid both directions along 4100 N. 5,280' x 25' = 132,000 square feet and approximately 1,980 tons. (c) Time of delivery is a part of the bid and must be adhered to. (d) Prices quoted are firm for complete delivery of quantities specified. (f) In case of error in extension, unit price will govern. (e) Wherever in these forms and specifications an article or material is defined by using a trade name and/or the name and catalog number of a manufacturer or vendor, the term or approved equal, if not inserted therewith, shall be implied. It is to be understood that any reference to a particular manufacturers product, either by trade name or by limited description, has been made solely for the purpose of more clearly indicating the minimum standard of quality desired, unless No Sub has been entered. In the event No Sub is entered, the bid must be for the specified item with no substitution allowed.
