The Town of Mint Hill is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional services related to Construction Material Testing and Special Inspections for its Public Services Facility project. The Town of Mint Hill Public Services Facility (PSF) project is an 18-acre site located in Mint Hill, NC that will feature three facilities and ancillary site work: a fire station, police storage building, and a public works facility. The project site is located at 6793 Lebanon Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227. Construction of the project is being managed by the Town's general contractor, Edifice, Inc. Construction is scheduled to begin in November of 2023 and last through December 2024. The selected firm will contract with the Town of Mint Hill and coordinate directly with Edifice, Inc. on behalf of the Town. Edifice will communicate directly with the CMT/SI firm for inspections and reports. Any questions related to this RFQ should be submitted in writing to SFrey@admin.minthill.com no later than 5pm September 18, 2023.
