There was only one bid and it was from Van Ewing in Gillette, WY The base bid was $1,771,000. Alternate #1 was $26,000. You are invited to Bid sole source Construction Contract for the Weston County Health Services, Manor HVAC Upgrade. The project includes Architectural work for selective demolition and interior gypsum board chase build out, prefinished metal chase installation, selective roofing removal, patching, and wood framing. The project also includes new HVAC equipment and installations, hydronic piping, and associated Electrical work for the new HVAC equipment.
