Site work and paving for a civil project in Newcastle, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of various improvements including site grading, gravel surfacing, subgrade preparation, foundations, retaining wall installation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation, water cistern installation, septic system permitting and installation, pre-engineered post frame buildings, concrete work, scale procurement and installation, and all other work necessary for the construction of a scale, scale house, and convenience building at the landfill site south of Newcastle, Wyoming. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security for five percent of the total amount of the bid. Site Directions: Approximately 5 miles south of Newcastle on Highway 85. Est.
